THE THRESHOLDS TEAM

The Thresholds team are all experienced facilitators and coaches.  With diverse backgrounds and experience, what brings us together is the shared belief that people can learn how to create what really matters to them in their lives and careers.

Fiona McInnes-Craig, Managing Director

Fiona began her working life in community development, and has spent much of her career working overseas. In the 1980s she spent four years in India as Director of an international NGO. She left in 1987 to work and train with Robert Fritz in the UK and US, and founded Thresholds in 2000 to promote increased diversity in public service. Fiona leads on the SCS programmes.

Lindsay Berresford, Programmes Director

Lindsay has always had a passion for working with people.  She has trained in participatory facilitation methods with ICA UK and in Structural Consulting with Robert Fritz.  Lindsay joined Thresholds in 2004 and leads on the majority of our women's programmes.  In her free time she works in a voluntary capacity in prisons and schools.

Samantha Rodda, Office Manager

Sam has recently joined the Thresholds team as Office Manager.  She brings lots of experience and skill to the role (and can even use a Mac!)  Sam oversees programme publicity and enrolments and makes sure everything meets Thresholds exacting standards.

Amanda Sasada, Associate

Amanda built her career in the pharmaceutical and electronic sectors, ultimately as a senior manager responsible for all learning and management development. Since 2001 she has worked as a facilitator, trainer and coach in a wide range of complex and demanding environments.

Charlotte Seymour-Smith, Associate

Before taking early retirement, Charlotte was South Asia Director at DFID, where she was the most requested mentor on our Crossing Thresholds programmes.  She now has a portfolio career, and joined Thresholds in February 2008 as a coach and facilitator on our senior women’s programmes.

Kamaljit Kerridge-Poonia, Associate

Kamaljit has an extensive range of experience in Diversity and has held Head of Diversity roles at Bristol City Council, Camden Council, DFID and the Cabinet Office.  She is currently Diversity Advisor at Southampton University.  She is a qualified and practising coach and works with Thresholds on a part-time basis.

Kemi Oladapo, Associate

Kemi’s background is as a Manager in the NHS.  She has been a Thresholds Associate since 2003 and co-facilitates our career planning workshops.  She is an experienced life coach and diversity specialist, and a member of CIPD and Associated Career Professionals.

Norma Jarboe, Associate

Norma Jarboe OBE has over 20 years senior management experience in the US and the UK. She was was Chief Executive of Cardiff Marketing and until 2007 was Director of Opportunity Now, a campaigning organisation to increase gender balance in the workplace.  Norma specialises in personal branding.

Tim Casswell, Associate

Tim Casswell is a poet, musician and artist-in-residence at the London South Bank Centre.  Tim has a wonderful ability to capture the essence of any presentation or meeting in wall-sized 'Visual Minutes'.

The [TPFL] course has given me invaluable insights into being an effective leader in public service.
