Crossing Thresholds Our flagship year-long programme for women who want to develop their career in a structured and supportive environment Crossing Thresholds has transformed the lives of over 3,000 women across the UK and internationally - and there’s a decade’s worth of testimonials that prove it. The women we work with learn how to define what they want from their career and their life, and how to achieve it.  This is foundational work; challenging, inspiring and stretching participants to achieve more than they could have expected.  Mentoring partnerships are the cornerstone of the programme and enable participants to benefit from the experience and perspective of senior colleagues. We conduct a survey of graduates one year after completing the course, and find that an average of 75% have been promoted or have moved into a more suitable job. In addition, over 90% felt more confident and had a clearer sense of direction, with 98% stating they would recommend Crossing Thresholds to others. We are pleased to announce all scheduled programmes are being delivered remotely. Read about our transition to virtual delivery here Download the full report Download the flyer View upcoming courses for civil servants Read our Crossing Thresholds FAQs
